We have an immediate opening for a meticulous, operations oriented and multi-talented individual.
You would be aiding the Engineering Director and Program Manager by planning, managing and ensuring smooth execution of various key projects.
Projects would be mainly focused towards Business Support Systems, Games and mobile client development.
You would also be supporting day-to-day service/development requests originating from the various business units in the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Planning, developing milestones and management of key software development projects.
• Aligning expectations with key project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Engage closely with Marketing, Product, Business Dev, Customer Support and Engineering Teams in determining scope and deliverables of various projects.
• Providing first level support for various engineering requests.
• Document and watchdog various processes to ensure smooth operations while continuously thinking of way to optimize.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in a Development/Engineering or IT/System Operations team.
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX & MySQL with PHP or Java.
• Prior experience in IT Project Management or previously led software development projects.
• Strong organizational & analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic & agile environments.
• Keen interest in Social Networking & Casual Gaming.
• A good sense of humor.

Bonus

• Experience with Black-box QA activities.
• Someone who has had experience managing Game & Mobile development projects.
• Familiar with REST Based APIs (Web Services) and other scripting languages.
• Previous start-up experience with prior experience dealing with Virtual Economies.
