The Lead Copywriter will work closely with Content Production Editor and a pool of writers, to develop editorial and corporate content for the company’s direct mail, online and offline creative communications. Working with a talented, fun and motivated team, you will be tasked to be as creative as you can be to spice up our cool products for our 50 million-strong (and growing) user-base.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Advertising/Media or any related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage
• Required language: English
• Knowledge in Bahasa, Tamil or Mandarin is a plus
• At least 7 years working experience in the new media and/or entertainment field is required for this position
• Must exhibit creativity, attention to details and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities; goal-oriented
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sample work must be presented

Position Responsibilities:

• Produce content for online, mobile and email campaigns, mig33 portals, social applications and print
• Edit or revise existing materials to align messages with current campaign or initiative
• Ensure that copy is delivered to specifications and on time
• Responsible for proofreading materials prior to production
• Gather resource material and perform research
• Consult with internal and external clients and partners
• Work closely with graphic designer to develop effective and compelling messages
• Stay abreast of online and mobile advances.
