Calls

There are many ways to launch a cheap international call

1. Text2call

• Select a SMS number provided by mig33 (refer to numbers on the panel to the right)
• Use your mobile phone to send a text with the number you want to call
• After receiving your SMS request, mig33 will call your mobile phone back and then connect you to the number you want to call

2. WAP Site

• Log into your mig33 account on your mobile phone browser at http://wap.mig33.com
• Select ‘Make a call’ and enter source and destination numbers you want to call
• Wait for mig33 to call back and then mig33 will connect the call

3. Website

• Log into your mig33 account at http://www.mig33.com
• From the toolbar, select Call/SMS
• Enter the phone number you wish to call and select ‘Make Call’
• mig33 will call your mobile phone and then connect you with the number that you want to call

5. mig33 Application

There are two types of calls that you can launch from the mig33 application

Callback (Dial by number)

• Log into mig33 and select “Call”
• Enter the number you want to call and wait for mig33 to callback
• After answering the call, wait for the ring tone as mig33 tries to connect to your destination number

Anonymous call (Dial by name)

• Log into mig33
• Click on your friend’s name from your friend’s list and select “Call”
• Click on “call now” and wait for mig33 to callback
• After answering the call, wait for the ring tone while mig33 tries to connect to your destination number

Call-Through (number availability is limited to certain countries, check the direct dial number list by logging into mig33)

• Enter the source and destination number and check the call-through box
• Wait for mig33 voice prompt, and mig33 will connect the call

**A Call-Through/direct dialing is similar to prepaid calling cards and you will pay cheaper mig33 call rates as compared to the standard callback. Depending on your mobile subscription plan, if you have an unlimited local calling plan, this would be a cheaper option.
